Frank Acheampong started 2016 like a tornado. It took him three years to convince Anderlecht that he does have some amazing skills.

1. Mentally more open
Frank Acheampong finally feels happy in Belgium. He has a Ghanaian girlfriend in Antwerp he is just as religious as he is. He also found a soulmate in the Anderlecht squad: Imoh Ezekiel. Also coach Besnik Hasi confirms Acheampong feels more comfortable. "He is more open now and less embarrassed to share his opinion."
2. Better positioning
Anderlecht have learned how to use Acheampong more efficiently. In the past, Acheampong had to stay on his wing and just run. He now gets more freedom. Acheampong is faster than 95% of all football players and he had to learn to use this as a weapon.
"Frank positions better on the pitch now", Hasi claims. "However, he should be more decisive. Four goals and three assists in the competition are just not good enough."
