Ghanaian attacker Frank Acheampong is expected to feature in Tianjin Teda’s Chinese Super League match against Beijing Gouan on Thursday morning.
Tianjin are seeing their first win after disappointing results in opening two games of the season and are happy to welcome a fully fit Acheampong.
The 26-year-old missed the side’s last game due to injury. His services was greatly missed as Tianjin settled for a 2-2 stalemate with Chongqing Lifan.
Acheampong was not fully fit when his side suffered a 3-1 defeat to Shanghai SIPG in the opening game of the season.
He was substituted in the 83rd minute in the game.
