Togo striker Saibou Badarou won the top scorer prize at the 2013 Wafu Nations Cup with three goals.
Badarou scored in the 2-1 win over Benin in third-place playoff match which handed the Hawks the bronze medal.
The AS Customs player was the joint scorer with Benin's Fadel Suanon and Talla Ndiaye of Senegal who missed the final match due to injury.
Togo's inspirational captain also finished with on the table with three goals.
Badarou was crowned goal king in the Togolese Championnat National last season with 14 goals.
