French giants Olympique Lyonnais this week relieved Ghana star Michael Essien's time at the club.
Michael Essien played for Lyon between 2003 and 2005. He was a great servant for Lyon. He played a total of 96 games, scoring 13 goals.
Essien was also capped 51 times for his country and played the majority of his matches at Chelsea (257).
