According to Sächsische Zeitung, J-League club Vissel Kobe are approaching Togolese international striker Peniel Mlapa (29). Playing in German football all the way since mid-2018, former Borussia Monchengladbach and VVV-Venlo hitman is currently on a deal with UAE side Al-Ittihad until June 2023.
