Watford and Crystal Palace stars in Roma sights

Roma have set their sights on Watford and Crystal Palace stars Odion Ighalo and Yannick Bolasie.

The Giallorossi are looking to strengthen their Serie A title bid, as they still sit within reach of the top spot at Christmas time with only a four point gap between themselves and leaders Inter, and may turn towards England in search of fresh attacking talent.

According to The Daily Mail, Rudi Garcia’s side could be set for an expensive swoop for Ighalo and Bolasie.

Watford are understandably reluctant to sell Ighalo given his goal record for the Hornets – 12 goals in 17 English Premier League matches this season – and for that reason his pricetag is reportedly a hefty €20 million.

Tricky winger Bolasie could come at an even greater cost, though, as he is also on the transfer wishlists of Manchester United and Liverpool.

An offer of €24 million would apparently start an auction for the Congolese star.
