Werder Bremen 0-0 M'Gladbach: Visitors rise to fourth in Bundesliga table

Borussia Monchengladbach rose to fourth in the Bundesliga table on Tuesday with a goalless draw at Werder Bremen, overtaking Bayer Leverkusen on goal difference.

The two teams are battling at opposite ends of the the table, and both sides struggled for rhythm and created few chances an empty Weser Stadium.

David Selke saw his late effort saved by Monchengladbach goalkeeper Yann Sommer, confirming a draw which leaves Bremen marooned in the relegation zone.
