West Brom are closing on a deal for QPR winger Matt Phillips.
The Daily Star Sinday says the Baggies expect to finally nail an £8million deadline day deal for Phillips.
The Loftus Road ace, 24 is a long-time Baggies target and came close to joining Tony Pulis' men last summer.
He was part of a £20m double swoop that also included then-Hoops team-mate Charlie Austin – and relied on Albion selling Saido Berahino to Tottenham first.
