La Liga is not the toughest league in the world.

He is better than Ronaldo. His ball handling and flair is far better than Ronaldo. May be Ronaldo gets more pace and crackers but both are equally clinical in front of goal. Accam is more a dribbler and creative that gives him the edge.

We want players in a more competitive league for the world cup. I think we have only one player in the toughest league in the world, boakye yiadom and that chap is a powerful striker. I endorse him for Brazil 2014.

the problem isnt that accam isnt a solid talent and one to definetly watch. and its not like his coach is saying thay he is as good as ronaldo. the problem is askantswi up there saying he is definetly better than ronaldo, which is obviously ridiculous. and as for the whole ronaldo didnt start at real, you are right he didnt.. but by 23 he was a champions league winner and ballon d'or winner. accam is domeone to keep our eyes on but until he does something worth noting in a somewhat repectable league we very well cant be comparing him to arguably the best player today.

No, I see Accam as a replica of the Brazilian Neymar. Accam is Neymar reincarnate. Let us give him chance to prove himself.

Always hyping average players, instead of encouraging them to do more. Strikers for Brazil are Gyan, boakye yiadom and waris

I say you are wrong. Accam is not white and is not from Portugal or Brazil. If this Accam guy is from England he'll be playing for Man U by now. I'll choose Kwadwo Asamoah against Gareth Bale in a heart beat. Yet he doesn't earn even 10% of Bale's salary. Remember, If Ronaldo was from Africa and is black he wouldn't be where he is right now. He is definitely not the best player in the world. Hell not.

The reason why Ronaldo has accomplished so much is because of 'support'. Ronaldo has received support because he is an outstanding athlete first of all and on top of that he has been promoted with big money. Of course being white has helped him, why not? Who owns the clubs, the teams, the brands, the labels........mostly whites. Money and favoritism talks in sports. It is only in the USA that black athletes are sponsored like white athletes but the problem in the USA is that most of their top athletes would rather play basketball, football, baseball rather than soccer. Ronaldo is considered the best player in the world because these statistics can be measure scientifically and through computerization. I watched a whole documentary on Ronaldo in a high-tech laboratory where they tested with video his speed, his shot power, his reaction time, ball handling etc and it was incredible to watch. If the same attention was given to EXCEPTIONALLY TALENTED African players they will also excel and live up to expectation. There are only very few people in this world who can achieve greatness with little or no financial support from anyone.

Please Shaolin, I can say with all certainty that La Liga is the toughest league in the world. Just look at the records of Spanish teams in the UEFA Champions league and the Europa League for the past five years as compared to teams from the Bundesliga of Germany, Serie A of Italy, the EPL, LIgue 1 of France and the Eridivisie of Holland. This year alone we had Sevilla and Valencia both from La Liga meeting at the Europa League semi final and two La Liga teams, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid in the Champions league final. The La Liga is dominated by South American players mainly due to language reasons because they speak Spanish and Portuguese and these players are more skillful than players of European origin.
