Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan has declared himself fit to start for the Black Stars in their 2018 FIFA World Cup second-leg qualifier against Comoros on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old came off the Ghana bench to play in the dying embers of their 0-0 stalemate from the first-leg against the Islanders on Friday afternoon.
But after returning to training on Monday with the entire squad the former Sunderland striker had declared himself fit to play for Avram Grant's side.
"Yeah right now I'm okay and I think I can play right now. We are all here to die for the nation so we are ready to give off our best," he told reporters after Monday training.
Ghana must beat Comoros to keep alive their hopes of reaching their fourth consecutive world cup finals - in Russia.
