Former Bechem United forward Abednego Tetteh has insisted that he does see himself playing for any local club next season.

The towering poacher has been subject to transfer to Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko after terminating his contract with Ethiopian side Jimma Abba Jifar last month.

However, having held unsuccessful talks with the two clubs, the 26-year-old says he doesn't see himself lining up for any local club when the league kicks off.

“At the moment, I don’t see myself playing for any club in Ghana. My wish was to play in the Ghana Premier League next season but as things stand now I don’t see it happening” Tetteh told Footballmadeinghana.com

He added, “I receive about 18 calls from different agents every day but I’m not in the rush to take any decision. The future will decide."

When asked if he's struck a deal join Hearts of Oak, Tetteh answered, “I’ve received calls from some members of Kotoko and Hearts but they are yet to put a contract on the table. Football is about terms and conditions. I’ve given them my terms and conditions; since then I haven’t heard from them”.
