Aduana Stars captain Godfred Saka is set for a two-week spell on the sidelines after picking up the injury.

The right back suffered the problem during Wednesday's 1-1 draw at Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League.

But the club have confirmed the injury is not serious like initially feared.

''It is true that Godfred Saka got an ankle injury in our game against kotroko which according to our medical team, he will stay home for about two weeks before he will return to the pitch,'' Aduana PRO Amo Gyamfi told Ghanasportsonline.com

''It is not any serious injury that can harm his future but then he also needs to be given good care of so that we don’t escalate the degree of his injury.''
