Rwanda were billed to travel to Scotland for a two-week training programme but that has been postponed indefinitely because of the difficulties in acquiring visas.
Rwanda will host the Black Stars in a second Group H qualifying match.
On September 12, Rwanda CHAN team composed of domestic league players will play against Gabon in Kigali as a build-up game for the continental championship which will be held in Kigali from January 18 to February 7, 2016.
