Afriyie Acquah's salary demands stall Torino contract extension talks

Torino's contract extension talks with midfielder Afriyie Acquah have stalled over the player’s salary demands.

GHANASoccernet.com understands the Ghana international wants to have his money increased.

The coming weeks to determine if the 25-year-old will stay or leave.

Accoridng to reports by Tuttosport, Acquah is unhappy at the club and want a fresh challenge elsewere.

Acquah's contract with Granata expires  in June 2019.

If Torino fails to meet his demand, he would be sold next season in order to prevent him from exiting the club on a free.

During the summer, he came close to signing for Championship side Birmingham City.
