Ahly reject hotel and training ground

Al Ahly have rejected the hotel provided by Berekum Chelsea ahead of their CAF Champions League on Sunday.

The six-time champions arrived on Thursday afternoon and checked in at the Oak Plaza Hotel rather than the Lincoln Hotel provided by their hosts.

Ahly believe the Lincoln Hotel is of low-standard and expect Chelsea to reciprocate the reception given them in Cairo-based.

They also rejected the Legon Presec training ground and have opted to train at the Lizzy Sports Complex.
