Italian Serie A side Atalanta claim they have acquired the full rights of Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom from rivals Juventus.

Atalanta acquired all of 100 percent of the 22-year-old striker, who was co-owned between the Bianconeri and Genoa.

With the deadline for the settlements of co-ownership deals fast approaching, the league’s official website announced the agreement between the clubs that will see Boakye remain with La Dea.

Boakye played last season on loan at Atalanta, making 18 appearances and scoring three goals in Serie A for the Bergamo-based side.

Juventus had acquired half of Boakye’s rights from Genoa back in 2012, having sent him out on three successive loan spells before Atalanta moved to secure his signature.
