Benjamin Tetteh among players to let go by Standard Liege in big summer clear-out

Ghanaian striker Benjanin Tetteh is among several players expected to be cleared-out by Standard Liege.

The former Ghana youth striker does not form part of the plans of coach Ricardo Sá Pinto, who is committed to work with core of 25 to 26 players this season.

The 19-year-old failed to make the grades since joining the Belgian outfit from Ghanaian side Dreams FC.

He was farmed out on loan to Czech side Slovacko where he was unsuccessful, scoring just a goal in six matches.

Tetteh is on a pre-season with the European outfit as he awaits his next destination.
