Black Queens shortlisted for CAF Women's National Team of the Year

The Black Queens are in contention for the 2015 CAF Women National Team of the Year.

Ghana’s women national team face competition from Cameroon who played at the FIFA Women’s World Cup where they reached the round 16 stage.

In the race are South Africa’s Bayana Bayana who sealed a qualification to play at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Zimbabwe are the fourth female national team shortlisted by the CAF Technical Group.

The winner will be decided by votes from the CAF Media Committee and announced by the Glo-CAF Awards Gala scheduled for Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Abuja, Nigeria.
