According to both French and UK sources, 2003-born defensive midfielder Elye Wahi, described as a N'Golo Kanté-featured young apprentice, playing in SM Caen development area, has been targeted by as much as six Premier League clubs: Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Southampton, and Tottenham. All of them are possibly soon to be pursuing him, in line and tune with UEFA and FIFA rules on Under-18 footballers.
