Hearts of Oak unveiled Sergio Traguil as their first team coach on Thursday.
The Portuguese coach replaces Japanese-American Kenichi Yatsuhashi who parted ways with the club on Monday.
Traguil had earlier been appointed to restructure the club's youth teams.
But had to slot in following the vacuum created in the technical set-up.
