Young Africans coach Hans Vander Pluijm wants to restore pride ahead of the penultimate group game against MO Bejaia on August 13.

The Tanzanian champions are now out of the race for a semi-final berth after his side lost 3-1 in Ghana on Tuesday.

The Mainland giants will face Algerian outfit MO Bejaia at home in two weeks and coach Hans Vander Pluijm, wants to win and restore some pride.

“It is not a lost cause for my team because the players have gained some experience and we believe that the remaining two matches will be much positivem," he said

“It was a difficult match looking at the way we started and conceded that early goal. But we managed to get the team together to play like we planned, that is why even after we conceded the second goal, we did not defend but fought to get a goal."
