West Ham United left-back Aaron Cresswell has welcomed his club's reported interest in Wayne Rooney.
The Manchester United striker has been linked with the Hammers in recent days and according to Cresswell, the veteran would be a 'fantastic' addition if any transfer were to take place this summer.
"He has arguably been one of the best strikers over the last 15 years and the things he has done, certainly for England, is fantastic," he told Sky Sports News HQ.
"If he was to come here, that would be fantastic for us, but who knows?"
