Ebusua Dwarfs ended their five-year stay in the second-tier league after beating Medeama FC 1-0 to seal a Ghana Premier League slot for next season.
Dwarfs, champions in 1966, topped the Zone Two table with a three point advantage over their closet challengers at the Ohene Djan Stadium on Monday.
In other Group match West Ham lost 2-0 to Mine Stars at the Tema Park.
The Cape-Coast based club will join Tudu Mighty Jets who booked their place on Sunday.
