Ex-Senegal international Moussa Badiane wants head coach Alain Giresse to sort out his personal issues with Demba Ba and include the striker his final AFCON squad.
There is a strained relationship between the two and there are reports the Frenchman will snub the Besiktas striker.
Ba has scored 8 goals in 11 Turkish Super League matches and third on the scorers chart this term.
Ahead of the announcement on Boxing Day, Badiane told RFM radio: ââ¬ÅIt would be unfortunate to make a Lions of Taranga squad without Demba Ba.ââ¬
"If Giresse has personal problems with the attacker, he must put the interest of Senegal first.ââ¬
Senegal open their AFCON campaign against Ghana on 19 January in Mongomo before playing South Africa and Algeria in Group C.
