Published on: 10 January 2016

Asante Kotoko and Aduana Stars will battle it out in what appears the fiercest battle in the ongoing FirsTrust G6 Tournament after both teams spectacularly made it to the finals.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko booked a triumphant entry into the finals of the tournament after a pulsating 1-1 draw with AshantiGold on Satturday at the Essipong Sports Stadium.

The Reds had earlier thrashed Berekum Chelsea 3-1 in their opening game to seal a comfortable entry into the finals.

Their Dormaa-based counterparts capped their goalless game with Hearts of Oak in their opening game with a 3-0 smashing of FA Cup winners Medeama SC.
