German Bundesliga side SC Freiburg are reportedly interested in signing Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah in the summer transfer window.
Donsah enjoyed a hugely successful campaign with Italian side Bologna in the just Serie A, scoring two goals and two assists in 28 appearances.
The 21-year-old's performance has caught attention of several top clubs in the German Bundesliga such as Mainz 05, Bayer Leverkusen and Werder Bremen.
However, reports from Germany suggest that SC Freiburg who endured a difficult campaign last term has entered the fray and are hoping to tie down the Ghanaian to a long term contract.
According to reports emerging from Italy indicate that the player will likely depart the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara outfit despite his current contract with the club will be expiring in summer 2020.
