Ghana Football Coaches Association holds first ever Congress

The Ghana Football Coaches Association held their first ever congress on Saturday in Accra bringing together all trainers in the country.

The event held at the Ghana FA secretariat sought to create the plaform where local coaches share ideas and look at the longevity of the body.

Politician-cum-businessman Papa Kwesi Ndoum, who is president of Ghana Premier League side Elmina Sharks was as the special guest of honour.

The list of attendees included household names like Maxwell Konadu, Richard Kingson, Mas-Ud Dramani and Abukari Damba.

Also present was Francis Oti Akenten, Sellas Tetteh, Michael Osei and Jacob Nettey

The heirarchy of the Ghana Football Coaches Association wants to hold such a programme  at least twice every year.
