Kevin-Prince Boateng poses as Steve Urkel

Ghana forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has released a hilarious picture in a Schalke kit with a pose depicting that of comedian actor Steve Urkel.

The 27-year-old is a known fan of Urkel who played a lead role in the hit comedy television show Family Matters.

Urkel is known for his hilarious nerdy looks on the television show – wearing huge eyeglasses, flood pants held by suspenders and multicoloured cardigan sweaters.

Boateng posted his hilarious picture alongside that of Urkel on his Instagram page with his Schalke jersey tucked into his shorts all the way to his belly – a type is dressing known in Ghanaian parlance as ‘pinpinees’.

The former AC Milan star has began pre-season training with the German club following his disgraceful end to his World Cup campaign with Ghana.

He was thrown out of Ghana’s World Cup camp for allegedly disrespecting coach Kwesi Appiah and officials of the Ghana FA.

Kevin Boateng thrown out of camp and Sulley Muntari hit Armah unprovoked. Nonsense! Stop writing that way about those two. Armah provoked Muntari and AA couldn't handle the heat from full blown professional. Say it like it is and stop that childish reportage
