Ghana striker Prince Tagoe-Hoffenheim talks deadlock

Ghana striker Prince Tagoe has held unsuccessful talks with officials of TSG Hoffenheim over a possible return.

The German Bundesliga outfit want to convince the 24-year-old to stay at the club after enjoying a successful half-season loan spell at Serbia champions Partizan Belgrade.

Hoffenheim are also pushing him to sign a contract extension but another meeting on Friday will clarify his status.

The lanky forward moved from the club after enjoying limited playing time during his one-year stay.

"We had a meeting but nothing concrete was arrived at but hopefully we would sort out something today," A source at the meeting told 90 minutes newspaper.

Tagoe is fighting for a release to Partizan Belgrade or English Premier League side Fulham.
