Ghana U20 to play Novara youth side in friendly on Monday

Ghana's Under-20 team will play their first friendly match on Monday against the youth side of Serie B side Novara. 

The match will be played at the Novarello Villaggio Sports Center where the team have been training for the 2013 African Youth Championship.

Head coach Sellas Tetteh will assess his side on foreign soil before leaving to Catalonia, Spain for ten days.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, officials of Palermo will monitor the performance of players in the Black Satellites.

The Black Satellites began training last Friday and will end their five-day tour in Northern Italy on Tuesday.

Ghana will play hosts Algeria, Benin and Egypt in Group A at the tournament which will run from 16-30 March.
