Former Ghana Premier League Golden Shoe Award winner Nana Poku ended his goal drought by scoring for Elmaqasah in their 3-2 fight from behind win against Aswan in the Egyptian Premier League on Saturday.

The 23-year-old forward levelled the scoring for Elmaqasah after 30-year-old Egyptian forward Ehab Al-Masri had cracked home the opener for the host.

Poku, a former Berekum Arsenal striker, bombed forward into the box to brilliantly connect home a cross from the right to spark Elmaqasah's victory march.

The striker had failed to find his scoring boots in the Egyptian top-flight league after scoring a brace in late October.

He joined Elmaqasah from rivals El Shorta in August.
