Ghanaian internationals Nana Boateng and Mohammed Abu were in impressive forms for Norwegian side Stromsgodset as they defeated Valerenga 3-0 in a pre-season friendly in Norway.

Abu played the entire 90 minutes of the game as Nana Boateng was taken off after playing the first 45 minutes for Stromsgodset.

Boateng had two glorious chances to score in the first half for Stromsgodset but he wasted the chances. In one instance, the Manchester City loan star was brilliantly put through by his compatriot Abu with a visionary pass but he shot wide.

The two are preparing for Stromsgodset season which will begin next month which will be only domestic campaigns as they failed to secure an European ticket last season.

Boateng's season was disturbed by a bad leg injury which ruled him out for months.
