Ghana's Derek Boateng being tracked by Fulham

Posted On Sunday, 13th March 2011

Ghanaian midfielder Derek Boateng is among the two Getafe players being tracked by English side Fulham.

According to reports in English newspapers Getafe’s duo Boateng and Miku are being observed by the Premier League side ahead of next season.

Fulham have had the midfield pair scouted in recent weeks, according to the reports.

Cottagers boss Mark Hughes is believed to have taken a shine to Boateng and Miku.

No approach has been made to Getafe as yet, but the Primera Liga outfit are aware that a bid could be in the offing.

A club director said: “There is interest but as yet we have not received a formal offer.”
