Seoul: Midfielder Ha Dae-sung has rejoined last season’s K League Classic champions FC Seoul on a three-year deal from FC Tokyo ahead of the club’s 2017 domestic and continental campaigns.

During Ha’s first stint with FC Seoul, the 31-year-old won a K League Classic and League Cup double in 2010, before adding another league title to his resume in 2012.

The Incheon-born star, who has 13 Korea Republic appearances to his name, also captained FC Seoul in the 2013 AFC Champions League final which the Koreans lost on away goals to Guangzhou Evergrande.

"I remember when I joined the club for the first time. I will do my best to prove my value as a player," Ha told reporters after his move was confirmed.

Ha subsequently moved to Chinese Super League side Beijing Guoan in 2014, before securing a transfer to FC Tokyo two years later. He most recently had a loan spell with Nagoya Grampus.

FC Seoul win begin their latest bid for AFC Champions League glory next month after being drawn in Group F along with Urawa Red Diamonds, Western Sydney Wanderers and a yet to be determined Play-off winner.
