Hearts coach Duncan backs James Bissue to find scoring form

Hearts striker James Bissue is being backed to rediscover his scoring touch in the Premier League.

Bissue failed to find the target during Hearts' narrow 1-0 win over King Faisal in the Ghana Premier League last Sunday.

The 21-year-old was phenomenal during the one-month break, scoring in all the friendly and competitive matches.

But the former Eleven Wise attacker was a pale shadow of himself as Hearts struggled to beat the Kumasi-based side in front of their home fans.

But head coach David Duncan believes the goals will not be long in coming.

“James Bissue is a good striker and needs time to fit into the team,” Duncan said

“He scored in all the friendly and competitive matches that we played during the League break.

“He was on target against FC Utrecht in the FA Cup and I believe even though he failed to score against King Faisal, he will come around.

“He needs our support to start scoring in the League. It’s just a matter of time.

Bissue joined the capital-based side from Israeli second-tier side Hapoel Be’er Sheva during the January transfer window.
