Accra Hearts of Oak have rejected claims players boycotted training on Friday ahead of Sunday's penultimate Ghana Premier League clash with Medeama.

According to reports on Friday morning, Hearts of Oak players decided not to train due to unpaid bonuses. The club is said to have not paid the players for seven months.

However, minutes after report filtered in, the club posted on its official Twitter page video and photos as evidence that no player absented himself on the grounds of being owed.

Hearts have sealed a top four place finish with their seven points advantage over fourth-placed Asante Kotoko, who they will play in the FA Cup final later this month, with two matches to end the season.

Hearts will square off against Medeama on Sunday at the T&A park.
