Hearts of Oak winger, Thomas Abbey has stressed that his side will be delight to watch when the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League comes off on December 20th.

For the past seven seasons, the Phobians are yet to stamp their authority on the local scene which many of their supporters are not happy with.

Last season, Hearts of Oak nearly got relegated but they defied all odds to beat the drop zone by finishing 13th with only a better goal difference against the 14th placed team, Heart of Lions.

But Thomas Abbey  who happens to be one of the most experienced players of the Rainbow family has disclosed that his side will be delight to watch in the upcoming season.

“We know that for the past seven seasons, we have not won a major silverware for the club. We are not happy about it just as the supporters."

“But I want to assure our teeming fans that, in the coming season they will see a different Hearts of Oak. We want to put smiles on the faces of the fans by winning the league and the FA cup,” Abbey said.

The Phobians ahead of the upcoming league are billed to lock horns with Al Ahli Tripoli in an international club friendly which will be played in Libya on the 14th and 16th December, 2015.
