Hearts striker Selasie Adjei has been stretchered off in what appears a serious injury as they thrashed Heart of Lions 4-0 in Cape Coast on Wednesday.

Adjei had scored the opening goal with an individual brilliance before he was caught late by goalkeeper Mozart Adjetey.

The former Amidaus Professionals failed to continue play and was replaced by Kenneth Okoro.

Hearts have produced a shocking display at the Robert Mensah stadium  in a massive turnaround for the Phobians.

The two teams were reduced to 10-men after goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye and Hudu Yakubu were shown the marching off orders following free-for-all -fight.
