Hearts will massacre Kotoko on Monday – Dan Quaye

Published on: 29 April 2016

Former defender of Accra Hearts of Oak, Dan Quaye has confidently declared a baptism of fire for Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the ‘Super Clash’ with Hearts of Oak on Monday, insisting the Reds will be massacred.

According to the Great Olympics defender, the usual saying that form-guide does not count in Hearts and Kotoko encounters is not true and that his former side will whitewash the Porcupine Warriors.

“The usual saying that form-guide does not count is not true. Hearts will beat Kotoko massively on Monday,” Dan Quaye said.

“When we beat them 4-0 in Accra, we were on top form at that time and we showed it in our play. So who says form-guide does not count? He questioned.

The former Black Stars defender added that the current Hearts coach has worked on the psyche of the players and they will count on that to beat Kotoko.

“The coach is a great coach. He has established a good relationship with the players and they will count on that to massacre Kotoko.”

Asante Kotoko will be approaching the game as underdogs following their poor run in the league so far.
