Incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte lines up Kwadwo Asamoah as Azpilicueta replacement

Antonio Conte's pursuit of Juventus and Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has put the future of Cesar Azpilicueta in a serious jeopardy at Chelsea.

The Daily Mirror has claimed the Spanish international could be farmed out of the club if Chelsea succeed in luring Asamoah to Stamford Bridge.

Newly-appointed Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of Azpilicueta and could swoop for his services once he becomes available.

Conte is keen to bring Asamoah to England having signed him from Udinese during his time at Juventus.

The Ghana international was a key figure for the Italian boss during his three-year reign at the Seria A outfit.
