Inter Allies appoint 'talent-spotter' Prince Owusu as head coach

Former Medeama coach Prince Owusu has been installed head coach of Inter Allies, the Ghana Premier League club announced on Monday. 

He replaces interim coach Jimmy Cobblah who joined midstream but steered the club to safety in a turbulent season.

A club statement read: ''The Management of Inter Allies FC is happy to announce the signing of Prince Owusu as the new Head Coach of the Club.

"Prince Owusu is a vastly experienced home-grown product, whose coaching CV includes coaching and guiding a lot of clubs to success and will be an added Technical and experienced brain."

Allies Vice President Delali Eric Senaye told the club's official website: "I’m happy about the technical abilities and experience of Coach Prince, he has an outstanding track record and is respected across the industry.

"Coach Prince is a hugely passionate personality and has a wealth of experience he can bring to his new role at the ‘Eleven Is To One.’ We (Inter Allies) are happy to have him in our family.''

Owusu will be officially introduced to the players on Monday, 07 November when they resume for training for the upcoming season.
