Italian giants Juventus eye up Schalke defender to replace Kwadwo Asamoah

Schalke 04 left back Saed Kolasinac has emerged as a potential left back at Italian giants Juventus.

With the departure of Patrice Evra to Olympique Marseille, the left back role has since been occupied by Ghanaian versatile midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah and Alex Sandro.

However, the club are not convinced with their output in the role hence have cast their eyes on the acquiring Bosnian defender, who they tried to bring to Turin during the winter transfer window but the German club failed were adamant on him staying.

Another player linked with the role is Napoli’s Moroccan left back Faouzi Ghoulam, who is reported to be on his way out of the club after failing to negotiate new contract.

The two teams take the field on 2 and 5 April for the challenges of the league and Italian Cup before then face off in the market front.
