Ivorian trio Balh Ben Adama, Kouakou Serge Pacome and Blagnon Goue Frederic Noel have successfully passed their medicals, paving the way for Asante Kotoko to sign them on a permanent basis.

A deal to sign the players nearly collapsed following a high demand from their Ivorian club Africa Sport.

But sources say the two clubs have now reached an agreement on the players.

"We wanted to know whether their kidney and other organs had no problem. We also examined the bones and joints. The results show that they are in good health," Team doctor Kwaku Boateng told club's official newspaper Kotoko Express.

The trio impressed officials of the club a friendly match at the Baba Yara Stadium last month.
