James Eduful- The disabled coach crying for help to make a huge difference
James Eduful

James Eduful is a physically challenged person but irrespective of his disability he has decided to help children who want to take football as career. He has a juvenile football team in Kumasi - Tafo from U10 to U17.

He was once a footballer thinking that he could also become great player in future but due to an unexpected accident that made him to be disabled when he was young but other not to look down upon himself that is why he has come out with a team to nurture children in football for the future.

He started this vision since 2000.

In fact he is facing a lot of challenges especially with football logistics but he still press on to achieve his dream.

On the 12th June, 2017 he was appointed as head coach at KSV FIRST LIGHT FC, a second division club in Kasoa.

When he took over the team, they had already played 1st round of the 2nd division league and the team was at the bottom of the league table and by the Grace of God, 2nd round when he took over, things changed and they finished 3rd on the table after the league.

When the chairman of the club was introducing him to the players and their fans, in fact they were doubting him because of his condition but God's grace, he proved them wrong.

Now they have seen that disability is indeed not inability.

"I have seen something good in me that need to come out to support mother Ghana. I don't want to be at the road side begging because of my condition but rather I want use my disability to do something good to help my nation." he told me in a conservation.

"Now I want to get FIFA or CAF Coaching Licenses because in this modern world even if you are talented, skillful etc in some area and you don't have better certificate that can push you far, you can imagine."

" I want to see the Sports Minister and the GFA President for their support but I don't know how I can approach them."

"I want people come to my aid and support me."

James Eduful
