John Pantsil set for Leicester debut

Ghana international John Pantsil could be in line for his Leicester City debut against Reading at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

The former Fulham full-back has yet to be involved this season.

A work permit issue ruled him out of the Championship opener against Coventry while he missed the midweek Carling Cup tie at Rotherham as he was away on international duty with Ghana.

Pantsil has been given his favourite number 4 jersey by the club and looks set to be handed a starting role by manager Sven-Goran Erikson.

He has also played for English Premier League side West Ham United.
