Jonathan Mensah returns from a one-match suspension to bolster Columbus Crew against Portland Timbers on Saturday.
Mensah was shown a straight red card in the 87th minute for violent conduct against Houston two weeks ago.
He missed the match against DC United which they won 2-0.
Mensah joined Crew this season from Russian side Anzhi.
