Juventus coach dismisses Chelsea rumours

Massimiliano Allegri has distanced himself from a potential move to English champions Chelsea.

The former AC Milan boss has been linked with a summer switch to the London side but he insists he is only focusing on Juventus.

“There is nothing to the Chelsea links,” Allegri told reporters.

“I cannot confirm or deny something that does not exist, I want to close the matter once and for all.

“It is true I am trying to improve my English but I have been doing that since my time at Cagliari.”

Juventus have a massive game in Serie A against leaders Napoli on Saturday and Allegri is hoping to secure more silverware in May after last season’s domestic double.

“What is important for me at the moment is to get to the end of the season with Juventus,” Allegri added.

“We are aiming to try and bring home some more silverware, although it will not be easy.

“We have to try and make it through in the Champions League.

“Bayern Munich will be very tough opponents but after last season we have the belief to beat anyone.”
