Konadu unsure of permanent Ghana U20 job

Ghana U20 stop-gap coach Maxwell Konadu says he is unsure whether he would lead the team if they qualify for 2013 African Youth Championship finals.

The senior national team deputy coach took temporary charge of the Black Satellites after coach Orlando Wellington quit in July.

His side are in pole position to reach the finals after beating Morocco's Atlas Cubs 4-1 in the final round first leg qualifier.

The return leg will be played this weekend in Rabat.

"I was told by the FA to act in a stop gap role so that is what I know. I don't know if I would lead the team to Algeria," Konadu said.

Konadu won last season's Ghana Premier League with Asante Kotoko.
