Asante Kotoko and Medeama Sporting Club battle for second place at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium this afternoon in a Ghana Premier League play-off.
Both teams have 46 points apiece and are level on the head-to-head rule.
Kotoko beat Medeama 1-0 at the Tarkwa Park two weeks ago and lost by the same scoreline at the Baba Yara Stadium in the corresponding fixture.
This is not be the first time a play-off game is being played as Kotoko engaged All Stars in a similar match at the Sunyani Coronation Park two seasons back.
That match ended 3-3 in regulation time but Kotoko won 13-12 following marathon penalty kicks.
