Red Bull Academy have almost agreed Kotoko's offer for the player and are willing to let the player join Kotoko probably this week, barring any last minute hitch.
Francis Addai Dwomoh, Manager of the player said Ocran and Kotoko have almost reached a deal for the player and that he is hopeful his player would join Kotoko.
According to him, yesterday was set as the date for all stakeholders in the contract to meet and sign a final document to let the player become Kotoko's property.
